ALCOLEC 40 P PCR Negative with silicon dioxide is a food grade, essentially oil-free, medium tan/yellow, fine lecithin powder having a 97% A.I. minimum. Alcolec 40P PCR Negative has a very bland flavor and odor. It is oil soluble and dispersible in water. Silicon dioxide has been added for flowability and to prevent caking. The dry form makes the product convenient and easy to handle without pumps or liquid equipment. Alcolec 40P PCR Negative is an extremely versatile soy-based emulsifier and good source of the essential nutrient choline. Alcolec 40P PCR Negative is a specially produced lecithin containing 55 mg of choline per gram of product.
