- Used as a texturizer, an anti-caking agent, a fat substitute, an emulsifier, an extender, and a bulking agent in food production
- Common form is used in vitamin supplements or tablets
- As a thickener, stabilizer or emulsifiers
- Hicel 90M is equivalent to AceCel 102 & Hicel 50M is equivalent to AceCel 101, just that Hicel grades are spray dried whereas AceCel grades are flash dried, this does have an effect on the particle shape & the flow properties.
- In essence HiCel grade is more superior when compared to AceCel grade & can have a much better performance.
- Infact HiCel grades can have a positive effect on the capsules in terms of flow & increasing the production efficiency.
