- Guar Gum Powder is extracted from the Guar seed after a multistage industrial process. The most important property of Guar Gum is its ability to hydrate rapidly in cold water to attain uniform and very high viscosity low concentrations.
- 270F is a fine white to pale yellow powder having ultra high viscosity, used in instant foods and gravies especially pet food due to fast hydration. This product attains a cold water viscosity of 6800 CPS after hydrating for 2 Hrs.
