The Hulled Hempseed 65% is a highly digestible, vegan protein with 59%-67% protein, plus twenty amino acids, including the nine key essential amino acids. Also found are the essential fatty acids Omega 6 and Omega 3 in the perfect ratio of 3:1. It has excellent digestibility and is packed with minerals such as iron, magnesium, manganese, zinc and potassium. One 100 gram serving contains on average 64 grams of protein and zero-trans fats. It is also free from gluten, cholesterol, lactose, and sodium. Some uses of Hulled Hempseed Powder 65% include: food and snack bars, meat alternatives (hemp tofu, tempeh, veggie burgers), baking (breads, muffins, cookies), granola, cereals, muesli recipes, smoothies, superfood blends, powder drink and juice blends, vegan/vegetarian gravies, sauces, soups, coatings (popcorn, clusters, power balls), detox/cleansing products, non-dairy formulations (milks, yogurts, ice creams), noodles, and prepared/frozen foods.
