Product Overview
TEXTURA™ Tempo is ideal for creating premixes for bakery products and pastries, desserts, DIY gummies. It can also be used for creams and toppings (as a stabilizer), frozen bakery and seafood, alcohol, aromas, and other heat-sensitive products. TEXTURA™ Tempo P is a pure gelatin, obtained by hot water extraction out of collagen-rich material from pork. Once pre-blended with other fine powders at a ratio of 1:5, TEXTURA™ Tempo P works on a wide range of temperatures.
